Usually 30 to 45 minutes for a home and often less for a single storefront. We measure each opening, check the frame and glass type, and explain which openings are worth protecting and which are not.

Straightforward jobs are frequently priced during the visit; anything with unusual framing, difficult access, or a large opening count is quoted shortly afterwards so the number is right rather than fast. Yes, and it should be whoever can say yes to the work. Set aside 30 minutes to an hour and walk the property with us: much of that time is questions only an owner or manager can answer, about how the building is used and which openings actually worry you. If the person on site cannot make that call, it all gets relayed second-hand and usually takes a second visit, which is an hour of your day and ours spent twice.
