This is what you are getting quoted for.
The glass can still crack. The difference is what happens next: instead of a clean opening, the film keeps the pane fighting back long enough to make entry slow, loud, and frustrating.
In one minute, you can get the job moving.
You do not need measurements, product knowledge, or a perfect plan. Tell us what you are protecting, and we will turn it into a clear quote path.
Send the address type, the glass you are worried about, and the best way to reach you.
We usually reply within four business hours and book most assessments within one business day.
We measure the openings, check frame details, and explain what will actually hold under impact.
You get fixed pricing, install timing, warranty details, and paperwork you can keep or send to a broker.

What the assessment involves, why we will not quote over the phone, and what happens once you have the number in hand.
01Is the assessment actually free?
Is the assessment actually free?
Yes. No fee, no deposit, and no charge if you decide not to proceed. We walk the property, measure the openings, and leave you with a fixed written quote. The cost to us of an hour on site is worth it because this product is very hard to specify correctly without seeing the glass.
02How long does the assessment take?
How long does the assessment take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes for a home and often less for a single storefront. We measure each opening, check the frame and glass type, and explain which openings are worth protecting and which are not.
03Will I get a price on the spot?
Will I get a price on the spot?
You get a fixed written quote, not a verbal ballpark. Straightforward jobs are frequently priced during the visit; anything with unusual framing, difficult access, or a large opening count is quoted shortly afterwards so the number is right rather than fast. Either way the price is fixed, not an estimate that moves later.
04Why will you not quote over the phone?
Why will you not quote over the phone?
Because the two things that drive the specification, the frame condition and the glass construction, cannot be assessed remotely. A phone number would be a guess dressed up as a quote, and it would either be padded to protect us or revised upward once we saw the property. Neither is a good way to start.
05Do I need to be there for the assessment?
Do I need to be there for the assessment?
Someone needs to give us access and answer a few questions about how the property is used, but it does not have to be the decision-maker. For commercial sites a manager or keyholder is fine, and we send the quote to whoever you nominate.
06What happens after I get the quote?
What happens after I get the quote?
Nothing, unless you want it to. There is no follow-up sequence and no pressure after the walkthrough. If you want to proceed we book an install date; if you do not, the quote stays valid and you have our number.
